Gintaras Balčiūnas actively participated in the development of legal acts and the law of the Republic of Lithuania: acted as a leader of the working party for the development of the law of the Register of Property Seizure Acts; acted as a leader of the working party for confirmation, entering into force and implementation of the Civil Code Law project; acted as a leader of the working party for the development of the Legal Aid Law project.

Represented UAB Concern “ACHEMOS GRUPĖ”, one of the largest companies in the Baltic states, in over 20 cases related to corporate governance matters;

Consulted the Lithuanian branch of a world-wide pharmaceutical giant UAB “Roche” regarding its product selling policy in the context of competition, procurement and tax law requirements in Lithuania;

Provides legal services to one of the global leaders in the pharmaceutical market, which manufactures medicine and diagnostic equipment.
