  • Represented  State Undertaking Insurance of Deposits and Investments in a bankruptcy case of one of the largest commercial banks in Lithuania Ūkio Bankas and all the related processes, valued at over 230 million EUR;
  • Consulted AB “Achema”, a leading producer of nitrogen fertilizers and chemical products in Lithuania, regarding the legal aspects of accountancy and performed audits regarding the invoices from the Russian company GAZPROM;
  • Represented Danske bank A/S Lithuanian Branch in a litigation process with the debtors, valued at over 400 000 EUR;
  • Represented the credit union “Amber” in criminal and civil proceedings versus a former treasurer of a credit union “Amber” where more than 23 million Euros were stolen from the credit union by using highly sophisticated and complicated mechanism of misappropriation of credit union’s funds. The law firm provided high quality legal services to the Client in order to disclose illegal misappropriation of funds mechanism, successfully represented the Client before the Lithuanian Bank, Prosecutor’s Office and other Lithuanian authorities;
  • Consulted the Lithuanian branch of a world-wide pharmaceutical giant UAB “Roche” regarding its product selling policy in the context of competition, procurement and tax law requirements in Lithuania;
  • Consulted the Client Fitek, UAB, one of the largest companies providing financial process automation, with regards to the compliance of their electronical bill service and its compliance with SEPA regulations;
  • Represented the Client  in a legal matter related to the credit claim regarding the leasing agreement with the bank, valued at approx. 15 million EUR;
  • Represented the Client in a legal matter related to the purchase of Greece bonds, valued at over 300 000 EUR.
